*$2,500 ADDITIONAL HOME TRADE-IN CREDIT (the “Credit”). Credit only available at participating Clayton Homes Family of Brands Retailers (“Seller”) toward the purchase of a new home at posted retail price with a purchase agreement that is signed March 1, 2025. Acceptance of the trade-in home and the trade-in value are determined by the Seller in its sole discretion and based on several factors including NADA value, condition of the home, costs to move the home, and whether repairs are required. $2,500 Credit is in addition to the Seller’s offered trade-in value of the buyer’s existing home. If the posted home only retail sales price is reduced by the Seller through negotiation with the buyer for any reason, or if the Seller makes additional concessions to the buyer’s selected lender, the applicable Credit will first be applied to the amount of the negotiated reduction and/or concessions. Any remaining Credit will then be applied towards the trade-in value. Buyer is solely responsible for paying the entire amount of any down payment. Offer may not be available with USDA/FHA/VA financing; buyer should consult with their selected lender for more information. Offer cannot be transferred or combined with other offers. Void where prohibited by law. Clayton reserves the right to cancel this Credit at any time.
